About this game

As outlaw Kay Vess, you work alongside Nix on jobs for the galaxy's crime syndicates. Steal valuable goods and infiltrate secret locations, choosing between blaster combat, stealth, gadgets and distractions. Your decisions influence your reputation as you navigate this criminal world. Beyond those jobs, explore cities and cantinas, cross outdoor landscapes on a speeder and pilot the Trailblazer in dogfights against the Empire and other foes. Gold Edition bundles the base game with the Season Pass, including the Wild Card and A Pirate's Fortune story packs. The Nintendo Switch 2 edition also supports touch input for menus and selected minigames.

8.2 / 10Nintendo Switch 2

A fit for players who want their Star Wars adventure built around outlaw jobs and improvisation.

The combination of Nix, distractions and direct combat may appeal to players who like considering how to approach a job. Reputation adds another consideration to those choices, while the included story packs extend the package beyond the base adventure.

Strengths

  • Stealth, gadgets and blaster combat offer different ways to express the outlaw role.
  • Including the story packs suits players interested in continuing Kay's adventures beyond the base game.

Who it is for: Players interested in criminal-world role-playing, infiltration and travel between ground encounters and space combat.
