About this game
Big Walk sends your group into an open world to find routes and tackle puzzles together. Walkie-talkies and binoculars are among the tools you can use along the way. Communication belongs to the environment: voices fade with distance and change around walls and corridors. When speaking is unavailable, you can point or wave to get a message across. The adventure has an ending, while also leaving room to wander with friends. Progress is saved by the host, who must host again to continue the same journey. Built-in text chat offers an alternative to speech while keeping the same communication rules, so choosing how to communicate remains part of exploring together.

Nintendo Switch 2AI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A promising fit for friends who enjoy making communication itself part of a puzzle.
Changing how teammates hear and signal to one another could turn ordinary navigation into shared problem-solving. Its appeal depends on enjoying that coordination and having a group to bring along.
Strengths
- Gestures and communication tools offer different ways to work around separation.
Weaknesses
- Without matchmaking, arranging a group may be an obstacle to spontaneous sessions.
Who it is for: Friends who like discussing clues and experimenting with ways to convey information.
Play notes: There is no single-player mode. Online play requires Nintendo Switch Online, and continuing a saved journey depends on its original host.
