About this game
Raidou Kuzunoha works as an apprentice detective while protecting a fictional Taisho-era capital as a Devil Summoner. A girl's kidnapping sends him investigating streets inhabited by ordinary people and a parallel otherworld populated by demons. Gathering information involves more than questioning witnesses: allied demons can read people's thoughts or enter places beyond human reach. Combat puts Raidou directly under your control, using a sword and gun together with demon allies. Enemy demons can be confined and recruited, then fused into stronger companions. Building your demon roster therefore serves both fighting and investigation, giving the supernatural partners a role throughout the case. This remaster brings that adventure to Nintendo Switch 2 with voice acting for the main story.

Nintendo Switch 2AI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A promising fit for players who want demon collecting woven into detective work and action combat.
Giving demons jobs in both investigation and fighting should make choosing companions feel relevant beyond a battle lineup. Fusion adds a preparation layer, while controlling Raidou's attacks asks for an appetite for action alongside that planning.
Strengths
- Demons' investigative abilities could make collecting allies rewarding for reasons beyond their combat power.
- The contrast between inhabited streets and their demon-filled counterpart could reinforce the supernatural detective premise.
Weaknesses
- Players who prefer choosing commands at leisure may find direct sword-and-gun combat less aligned with that preference.
Who it is for: Players interested in supernatural mysteries, building demon teams and participating directly in combat.
Play notes: Nintendo Switch save data cannot be carried into this Nintendo Switch 2 version.
