About this game
PICROSS S turns numerical clues into pictures. Examine the numbers, decide which squares to fill and build an illustration across the grid. The game offers Picross and Mega Picross, with puzzles in several grid sizes rather than a single fixed format. Tutorials explain both modes, while hint roulette and navigation assistance provide support during solving. You can also work on a puzzle together, discussing the clues and filling the same board. The current version supports touchscreen input. Play revolves around completing individual pictures and choosing further puzzles, with the two modes and differing board sizes providing the main changes in the task.
Collected in series
Picross turns number clues into hidden pictures. Read the rows and columns, work out which squares belong, and gradually reveal an image; the 3D branch has you chip away blocks to uncover a solid shape.

AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A focused match for players who enjoy making a picture emerge through deduction.
The picture gives each sequence of numerical decisions a visible destination, which may suit players who enjoy steady problem solving. Shared puzzles offer a different appeal: explaining why a square belongs can become part of the activity.
Strengths
- Tutorials for both modes provide an entry point before tackling their puzzles independently.
- Working on the same board can turn a solitary deduction exercise into a conversation.
Who it is for: Players who enjoy reasoning over grids, or pairs who want to discuss clues and work toward a common picture.
