About this game

OlliOlli World turns skateboarding into an action-platforming journey through Radlandia. Grind along rails, jump between obstacles and use manuals to link tricks into combos. Missions, challenges and branching routes give you different goals, while rewards let you change your skater's appearance and style. Reaching the end and refining a run are distinct pursuits. A mistimed landing does not automatically stop you, but accurate landings improve scoring. Checkpoints let you practice individual sections; extending a combo risks losing its accumulated points if you crash before banking them. Colorful locations, eccentric characters and an electronic soundtrack accompany the search for new routes and better combinations.

8.7 / 10Nintendo Switch

A strong conceptual fit for players who enjoy turning a completed route into a carefully linked performance.

Forgiving landing rules and section practice separate simply finishing from mastering a run. Longer combos offer a reason to push further, with the risk of losing unbanked points giving that ambition a cost.

Strengths

  • Checkpoint practice can focus repetition on the section you want to learn.
  • Alternative routes leave room to choose a line instead of only repeating the same path.

Weaknesses

  • Chasing a long combo may frustrate players who dislike losing accumulated points after a late crash.

Who it is for: Players who enjoy timing, route experimentation and gradually refining an action sequence.

Play notes: This overview covers the base game; VOID Riders and Finding the Flowzone are separate paid expansions.
