About this game
Aim around the wind and terrain, curve a shot past a hazard, and add spin to change its roll after landing. Mario Golf: Super Rush combines these golf decisions with character-specific Special Shots, including moves that interfere with rivals. Button play is joined by an option to swing a Joy-Con like a club. Speed Golf sends players off together, then has them run after their balls between strokes. Ordinary dashes and more costly Special Dashes add stamina decisions to the race. For individual progression, Golf Adventure follows a rookie Mii through practice and matches; earned experience lets you allocate ability points. This adventure uses button controls rather than motion swings.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A promising fit for players who want golf decisions mixed with races and rival interference.
Shaping a shot and deciding when to spend stamina could reward different kinds of planning within the same round. Golf Adventure offers a separate progression focus for players who enjoy developing a character through practice.
Strengths
- Speed Golf can make movement between shots a meaningful decision rather than an interval between swings.
- Mii ability allocation can give practice and matches a visible character-building purpose.
Weaknesses
- Rival-disrupting Special Shots may appeal less to players who want competition centred entirely on their own shot execution.
Who it is for: Players interested in Mario characters, shot shaping and a choice between racing competition and Mii progression.
Play notes: Golf Adventure does not support motion controls.
