About this game
LEGO Jurassic World retells Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III and Jurassic World as a humorous brick-built adventure. You control characters from the films through story levels and explore Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna. Dinosaurs are playable too, letting you take the role of the creatures alongside the human cast. Amber collection feeds into the Dino Customizer, where dinosaur DNA lets you mix colors, body parts and abilities into your own creations. Free Play missions also give those creations a place in the islands' paddocks. The adventure therefore moves between following familiar film events, exploring the islands and assembling a personal dinosaur collection.
Collected in series
Jurassic Park games explore the wonder and danger of living alongside revived dinosaurs, including adventures under the Jurassic World name. Some send you through threatened facilities, while park-management entries let you build enclosures, care for dinosaurs and deal with escapes.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A natural fit for Jurassic fans who enjoy humorous retellings and collecting creatures.
The film-based levels can provide familiar landmarks, while amber collection gives exploration a dinosaur-building purpose. Playing as the creatures and customizing them may be the bigger attraction for players more interested in dinosaurs than reenacting scenes.
Strengths
- Amber collection has a concrete creative payoff through mixing dinosaur parts and abilities.
- Humorous LEGO reinterpretations can offer a different way to revisit familiar film events.
Who it is for: Players who want film adventures, playable dinosaurs and a game that supports sharing one console with another player.
