About this game

Wear a customizable Arsenal and enter a conflict in a world split between a sky sanctuary and the humans living below. As a mercenary who has fallen from that sanctuary, you move and fight on the ground and in the air, equipping ranged, melee and explosive weapons to define your approach. Equipment has individual statistics, so building an Arsenal involves choosing armor and weapons as well as using them in battle. Defeated enemies can supply gear, while data can be used to craft equipment at the home base. These acquisition routes expand the pieces available for your next loadout. The game also supports online cooperation in story missions and boss battles.

6.8 / 10Nintendo Switch 2

A relevant option for players who want equipment building to feed directly into mobile mech combat.

Ground and aerial fighting could make a chosen Arsenal feel like a tool for navigating battle as well as dealing damage. Stat-bearing equipment from enemies and crafting gives players reasons to revisit their loadout, which may be the strongest draw for those who enjoy tinkering.

Strengths

  • Distinct weapon categories and equipment stats provide concrete variables for shaping a combat style.
  • Enemy equipment and home-base crafting connect fighting to new loadout possibilities.

Weaknesses

  • If comparing equipment statistics feels like an interruption, collecting new gear may be less appealing than the combat itself.

Who it is for: Players interested in powered armor, ground-to-air action and adjusting weapon and armor combinations between battles.

Obtaining gear from enemies and crafting at base suggests a recurring reason to alternate combat with equipment planning, without establishing campaign length.
