About this game

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 brings parks from both original games into a remake alongside new locations. Skate through them with a toolkit that includes ollies, kickflips, grinds, reverts and manuals. Career puts its goals into runs with a two-minute timer by default; you can extend that timer, or enter Free Skate to explore without it. Create-A-Park also lets you build your own spaces, add custom goals and share the result. After completing Career, New Game+ keeps earned stat upgrades while introducing harder objectives. Songs from the original games join new tracks and artists, accompanying both the return to familiar parks and the discovery of new ones.

Collected in series

Tony Hawk’s turns skateboarding into a flow of tricks, goals and high-score runs. Ramps, rails and ordinary street furniture become pieces of a longer combo, with a clean landing deciding whether it counts. The series moves between focused skate challenges and broader adventures, always inviting one more attempt at a better line.

9.3 / 10Nintendo Switch 2

A flexible fit for players drawn to trick practice and making their own skating challenges.

Timed Career goals could encourage deliberate routes through the parks, while Free Skate gives players space to experiment without the clock. Park creation may broaden the appeal for those who enjoy designing challenges as much as performing tricks.

Strengths

  • The choice between timed goals and timer-free skating could accommodate different approaches to practice.
  • Custom park goals may give creative players a concrete way to turn their ideas into skating challenges.

Weaknesses

  • Players who prefer uninterrupted exploration may be less drawn to Career's default timed structure.

Who it is for: Players interested in refining skate tricks, building parks or returning to familiar locations with new goals.

Play notes: Game Mods prevent leaderboard score recording and are unavailable in expert challenges and certain modes.
