About this game
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge sends its fighters through stages against Shredder's Foot Clan. Choosing a character changes the balance of attack power, speed and reach; combat gives you special attacks, throws and evasive moves to use against enemies. You can fight alone or cooperate locally and online. Story mode carries the conflict across its stages, while Arcade mode uses limited continues and no intermediate saves. Difficulty selection provides another way to configure the challenge. Full-color pixel art draws on the original television cartoon, framing an adventure built around advancing through enemy encounters with your chosen fighter. Survival mode is a separate Dimension Shellshock DLC feature.
Collected in series
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games put the four brothers’ weapons and teamwork into playable comic and cartoon adventures. The franchise spans several styles, with side-scrolling brawlers making a particularly recognizable home for its street fights, strange enemies and shared-screen chaos.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A strong conceptual fit for friends who enjoy character-based arcade brawling.
Power, speed and reach differences give character selection a practical role. Arcade's restricted continues should particularly appeal to groups or solo players who want a committed run.
Strengths
- Different character attributes encourage finding a fighter that matches your approach.
- Local and online cooperation offer different ways to organize a shared session.
Weaknesses
- Arcade's lack of intermediate saves may be awkward for players expecting to stop and resume a run.
Who it is for: Cartoon fans and brawler players who enjoy learning moves or fighting alongside friends.
Play notes: Online cooperation requires internet access and paid Nintendo Switch Online membership; Survival mode belongs to separate DLC.
