About this game
Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection gathers twelve arcade games from the original Street Fighter through the Street Fighter II, Alpha and III branches. Choose a game and fighter for head-to-head matches; the updated Versus modes let you pick a stage, then rematch or return to the collection's game selection. Practice is more focused in Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Alpha 3 and 3rd Strike. These four have dedicated Training modes with input displays, damage displays and dummy controls for working on combinations and situations. Versus and Training were added through a downloadable update. Away from matches, the Museum presents character information, animation sprites, design documents and a timeline connecting the games' history.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
Best approached as a chance to compare arcade fighting games and practice selected favorites.
The twelve-game selection and rematch flow could suit players who enjoy trying different entries with a local opponent. Training tools offer a more deliberate practice route, although that support covers only four titles.
Strengths
- Local Versus across the collection could make comparing games and arranging repeat matches straightforward.
- The Museum may give animation and design enthusiasts useful context alongside the playable games.
Weaknesses
- Players wanting the same dedicated practice tools for every included game may find the four-title Training selection restrictive.
Who it is for: Arcade fighting-game enthusiasts, local sparring partners and readers interested in Street Fighter's visual history.
Play notes: The added Versus and Training modes require the relevant update; downloading it needs an internet connection.
