About this game

Become an Earth Dancer in Azuma, fighting corruption with sacred treasures and using the drum dance to grow crops. The adventure combines action combat with farming and relationships in Japanese-inspired seasonal villages. Friends can help in battle, and either protagonist can romance eligible characters. Rebuild settlements by arranging fields, waterways and buildings within their development areas. Buildings and decorations can affect your character's statistics, villagers can care for and harvest crops, and village missions lead to levels that unlock further building types. The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition also supports mouse controls for placing roads and buildings during village-building.

8.5 / 10Nintendo Switch 2

A village-building and action RPG combination with a mouse option for players who enjoy arranging their settlements.

Settlement layout contributes to character statistics, so construction can carry practical significance alongside combat. Mouse placement adds another way to work on villages, while delegated farming can help players focus on the parts of the adventure that interest them.

Strengths

  • Buildings that affect character statistics give village design a practical role.
  • Mouse controls offer another way to position roads and buildings.

Weaknesses

  • The combination of village missions, farming and combat may be less attractive to players who want only dungeon action.

Who it is for: Players interested in settlement layouts, farm delegation and action combat, with friendships and romance alongside them.
