About this game
Accused of bringing about the apocalypse too early, War returns to a devastated Earth to seek the truth. Darksiders Warmastered Edition follows him through wastelands and demon-filled dungeons, where weapon attacks and supernatural abilities form the basis of combat. Upgrading weapons and unlocking abilities develop his available tools as the adventure continues. Exploration also revolves around gear found during the journey. These items work in combat, but can also solve puzzles and provide access to new areas, connecting what you acquire with where you can go. Progress therefore involves both confronting enemies and working out how a tool applies to an obstacle. The ruined-world setting includes graphic blood and dismemberment in combat finishers.
