About this game

Split firewood, arrange it around the flame and send in air to build a larger campfire. Adding fuel involves balancing its amount, thickness and placement with the fire's current condition. Moisture and airflow matter, and sometimes the next useful action is to wait while wood dries. Normal mode gives you a fire-growth goal, while Survival limits the wood available to keep the flame alive. Locations with rain, snow or colder temperatures change the conditions you must manage. Optional advice, a guide and a wood-status display help explain the fire's condition. GameShare also lets a group play from one owned copy, with nearby sharing supporting up to four participants.

6.2 / 10Nintendo Switch 2

Likely to appeal to players who enjoy observing a process and making small, deliberate adjustments.

Managing wood and airflow could make patient observation feel consequential. Survival's limited fuel and harsher locations may add purpose for players who want resource decisions alongside the campfire setting.

Strengths

  • Interacting fuel and airflow conditions can give small adjustments a clear decision-making role.
  • Limited wood and environmental changes may provide different reasons to reconsider a fire-building approach.

Weaknesses

  • Waiting for wood to dry may be a poor fit for players who want continuous action.

Who it is for: Players drawn to process-focused simulations, fuel management and watching the effects of careful adjustments.

Play notes: Camera play requires a separately sold USB camera. GameShare sessions do not allow camera play or use of the in-game Tent.
