About this game
Take charge of a run-down castle and turn it into a stronghold for monsters. Decorations such as gargoyles and ritual altars attract residents, while gifts of food and other items help those monsters grow. Develop traps and combine their placements to obstruct the adventurers entering your domain. Your monsters can also explore nearby dungeons and towns, returning with supplies and sometimes new allies. Progress eventually unlocks monster merging, adding another way to develop your forces. The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition retains the underlying game content while providing a wider display area and the option to use Joy-Con 2 mouse controls.

Nintendo Switch 2AI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A fit for management players who enjoy making a defensive layout work alongside creature development.
Trap placement and monster care could make the castle feel like a project shaped through both construction and cultivation. Expeditions and later merging give players additional decisions beyond defending the entrance.
Strengths
- Combining traps with monster development can offer more than one focus when planning a castle.
- Expeditions can connect the search for supplies with opportunities to recruit new residents.
Who it is for: Players who like arranging defenses, cultivating creatures and developing a base through linked management systems.
Play notes: This edition changes display and control options while retaining the underlying game content.
