Overview

Just Dance is Ubisoft’s dance-game series, where you follow an on-screen performer and match movements to the music. Each song brings a routine to learn, turning practice or a gathering with friends into a dance session; tracking equipment and multiplayer options vary by edition. Representative games: Just Dance (2009): Established the follow-the-dancer format on Wii, using a Wii Remote to score your movements. Just Dance 2014 (2013): Introduced On Stage routines with a lead performer and backing dancers. Just Dance 2023 Edition (2022): Reworked song browsing and recommendations, with progression rewards accompanying dance sessions. Suitable for: Players who would rather join in than sit still when a favorite song starts, whether learning a routine alone or laughing through a group performance and trying it again.
