About this game
A dragon's curse turns the hero into a monster, and the search for the Salamander Cross begins an action adventure through interconnected locations. You fight monsters and dragons while working toward a return to human form. Defeating another dragon brings another animal transformation, with distinct abilities to use as you explore. Progress therefore changes the character you take through the world as well as the places you investigate. The remake presents this journey with hand-drawn animation and newly arranged orchestral music. During play, you can switch the graphics and audio independently between their modern and retro versions, combining the presentation styles as you prefer. Selectable difficulty levels provide another way to configure the adventure.
