About this game
Two Point Hospital puts you in charge of building and running hospitals across Two Point County. Design rooms, corridors and waiting areas, decorate the building, and arrange facilities around the movement of patients. Its illnesses are deliberately unusual, and each needs a specialized treatment machine rather than a generic cure. Running the organization also means managing doctors, nurses, administrative staff and maintenance staff. Train employees to develop new skills, then use hospital statistics to examine operations and decide what to adjust. As your organization spreads across the county, construction and staff development remain connected parts of the work. The original Switch product also lists Sandbox: Freeplay as an alternative mode.
Collected in series
Two Point is a humorous management series about running institutions in the fictional Two Point County. Building layouts, staff needs and tight budgets meet absurd illnesses, unusual classes and curious exhibits, giving each institution its own daily problems to untangle.

For builders who want their layouts to function as well as look good.
Patient flow ties room placement to an operational purpose, which should interest players who enjoy improving a design rather than merely decorating it. Staff training and statistics add another route for diagnosing problems, while fictional illnesses frame that management work with absurd treatment ideas.
Strengths
- Patient-flow decisions give hospital design a practical consequence, providing a clear focus for players who enjoy layout optimization.
- Staff training and operational statistics offer different ways to think about improving a hospital.
Weaknesses
- Players mainly interested in decoration may find staff development and operational monitoring less attractive than building rooms.
Who it is for: Players who enjoy layout planning, managing employees and using information to refine a growing operation.
