About this game
Two Point Hospital is a hospital management simulation with an absurd sense of humour. Starting with a small clinic, players arrange corridors, consultation rooms and waiting areas, hire staff, and build facilities to diagnose and treat unusual conditions such as light-bulb heads. Development involves staff skills, machine upgrades, comfortable surroundings and financial decisions. Different locations bring constraints and operating goals, while information screens help reveal how the hospital functions. Regions and facilities from separately sold expansions depend on the additional content owned.
Collected in series
Two Point is a humorous management series about running institutions in the fictional Two Point County. Building layouts, staff needs and tight budgets meet absurd illnesses, unusual classes and curious exhibits, giving each institution its own daily problems to untangle.

Two Point Hospital
A lively management loop makes a hospital worth watching, though moving to another site can interrupt the pleasure of refining the one already built.
A useful layout is one that answers what the people inside actually need. Treatment capacity, staff skills and the space between rooms make decoration part of a larger operating plan. The comedy gives those demands a personality: watching a patient can reveal another joke as well as another problem. That combination makes administration engaging even when the individual decisions are familiar. Moving between hospitals in the campaign introduces constraints, but also asks for renewed organisation when a settled site might still be enjoyable to improve. Later room templates allow designs to travel between sites, so rebuilding should not be confused with having to place every object again. The inspected PC review describes a streamlined interface and a movable camera that help observation. It suits players who want to keep adjusting a working system while enjoying the absurd people passing through it.
Strengths
- Staff, treatment capacity and layout turn a building into an interdependent system with comic personality.
Weaknesses
- Hospital progression can ask for another organisational start before an established site feels finished.
Who it is for: Management players who enjoy tuning patient flow and staff capacity while observing comic details.
Play notes: PC usability: Hayden Dingman, PCWorld, August 30, 2018; eight hospitals played and game unfinished. Rig, patch, input-device model and hours unspecified. Interface, mouse interaction and camera observations are dated, not present performance. Official July30,2020 update1.21 adds cross-hospital room templates, so launch manual-placement criticism is not retained. Paid expansion areas are not assumed owned.
