About this game

Walk around an enlarged console, its controllers and their internal components, stopping at exhibits that explain how the hardware works. Hidden stamps mark your progress: collect every stamp in an area to open the next. Reading the explanations also prepares you for quizzes about the technology on display. The hands-on activities ask you to do things such as steer around obstacles with Joy-Con 2 mouse controls or remember and match vibration patterns. Medals earned in minigames open further activities. Camera, GL/GR-button and 4K experiences have specific equipment requirements, although you can visit every exhibition area without those additional devices.

7.6 / 10Nintendo Switch 2

An exhibition to investigate if hardware curiosity matters as much to you as completing challenges.

Matching vibrations and steering with mouse controls could make technical explanations more tangible for players who like learning by doing. Stamp collection gives that curiosity a route through the exhibition, but also makes thorough searching part of progression.

Strengths

  • Physical inputs can turn an abstract hardware feature into something you actively compare and remember.
  • Explanations and quizzes offer a reason to revisit what an exhibit teaches.

Weaknesses

  • Requiring every area stamp may interrupt players who mainly want to move between minigames.

Who it is for: Players who enjoy interactive exhibits, hidden-object searches and experimenting with unfamiliar controls.

Play notes: Some activities require a compatible USB camera, a controller with GL/GR buttons or a 4K television; these are separate requirements for different activities.

Comparing vibration patterns and moving around obstacles should particularly reward curiosity about how an input changes the task.

Making the hardware itself the exhibition space could help connect each explanation to a recognizable component.
