About this game
Nekketsu High’s dodgeball team turns the sport into a contest of endurance and attack. A ball hit reduces an infield player’s health, and a player is eliminated only when that health is depleted. The rule makes repeated hits matter beyond a single exchange. Characters have special shots with different properties, including fast shots and attacks that can damage multiple opponents. Use those differences to pressure the opposing side. Versus and club activity modes also provide multiplayer contests built around this health-based form of dodgeball.

River City is part of the Kunio-kun family of schoolyard brawls, comic rivalries and unruly sports games. Its street-fighting adventures let you punch, kick and grab weapons, with several entries adding shops and new moves to learn between fights.
