About this game

Punch and dodge to instrumental music, choose daily exercise goals and intensity, or start directly with Quick Workout. Mitt Drills let you practise at your own pace, while Sit Fit Boxing offers seated routines. Completing missions earns currency for songs and instructor styles. Nintendo Switch 2 Edition adds timing-sensitive Advanced Scoring Mode and Boost Up rounds that gradually increase workout speed. CameraPlay shows your movements on screen with a separately sold compatible USB camera. You can also host nearby GameShare matches with other Switch or Switch 2 systems. Solo play uses a pair of Joy-Con 2 or original Joy-Con, and the added edition features require the software update.
