About this game
Follow your virtual instructor through punches and dodges set to instrumental music. Daily workouts let you choose goals and intensity, while Quick Workout starts a session directly from the title screen. The recurring activity is practising boxing movements within an exercise routine you can adjust. You can also leave the musical timing behind in Mitt Drills, throwing punches toward the instructor's mitts at your own pace, or choose Sit Fit Boxing for seated exercise. Missions award in-game currency that unlocks songs and instructor styles, adding goals alongside your regular sessions. Voiced trainers provide the human-like presence around which those routines are organised.
Collected in series
Fitness Boxing makes exercise into a musical routine of punches, dodges and instructor prompts. Motion controllers track your movements as you follow the beat, while different entries offer ways to shape a daily session or add licensed characters to the workout.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
Most appealing as a configurable exercise habit built around music and instruction.
Daily options and Quick Workout could make choosing a session less of a hurdle. Mitt Drills and seated routines offer alternatives when following a standing musical workout is not your preference.
Strengths
- Musical, self-paced and seated exercises allow different approaches to a session.
Weaknesses
- The lack of handheld mode limits all-in-one portable play.
Who it is for: Players who want guided movement with control over their routine's intensity.
Play notes: Use TV or tabletop mode; handheld mode is not supported.
