About this game
The Famicom Daisenryaku uses modern weapons as the pieces of a war simulation. Its fourteen types include the F-16C fighter and Leopard II tank. The map shows the distribution of forces, while separate combat displays show their confrontations. Combat experience raises attack and defense levels, so a unit’s participation can contribute to its later effectiveness. Thirty maps provide different arrangements to contest, with modes for the computer opponent or two players.
Collected in series
Daisenryaku is a military strategy franchise about coordinating units, producing reinforcements and controlling a battlefield map. Its branches explore different eras and rules, with both turn-based and real-time entries asking you to think beyond a single exchange of fire.
