About this game
Choose a starting scenario and hero in a struggle against Gao Qiu. Scenarios change which leaders are available and whether they begin with territory, shaping the first task of establishing a position and bringing other heroes to your side. Gaining prefectures, winning battles and performing good deeds build popularity. That support is needed for an imperial edict before the final challenge. Expansion therefore serves a political objective as well as increasing the area under your control.
