About this game
Roots of Pacha places farming inside a Stone Age community. You explore for vegetables and herbs, gather them and cultivate crops, while wild animals can become companions and domesticated animals. Contributing to the clan helps new ideas emerge and the village grow, linking everyday work to changes in the settlement. Those ideas include ways to process and preserve food, alongside new buildings that expand the village. Away from cultivation, you can develop friendships and design and decorate your home. The game also supports co-op resource sharing, letting friends contribute to the same clan's development. Its recurring activities therefore connect tending plants and animals with discoveries, relationships and a home of your own.

AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A likely fit for farming players who want their work to contribute to a developing community.
Connecting contributions with ideas and village growth could make routine gathering feel useful beyond the farm itself. Friendships, home decoration and shared co-op resources offer different ways to invest in the settlement, depending on whether your interest is social, creative or collaborative.
Strengths
- Food preservation and new buildings could make discoveries feel like changes to village life.
- Resource sharing gives co-op players a concrete basis for contributing together.
Who it is for: Players who enjoy cultivation and animal care alongside community development, relationships and decorating a home.
Play notes: Plan shared play around online multiplayer rather than same-console co-op; an internet connection and paid Nintendo Switch Online membership are required.
