About this game
PGA TOUR 2K21 puts shot planning and execution around a customizable MyPLAYER golfer. Choose the clubs in your bag, then control power through the transition from backswing to downswing. True Shot adds adjustments to shot curvature, loft and attack angle, while different club attributes create equipment tradeoffs. Licensed real-world courses provide the golfing settings. Tutorials, shot suggestions and Putt Preview are available to help explain or prepare individual shots. Local matches include Stroke Play and Skins, giving rounds different rule structures. The Course Designer provides a separate activity: building and customizing greens and fairways instead of playing a round. These systems make both taking shots and constructing the course part of the game's scope.
Collected in series
PGA Tour Golf is EA’s classic licensed golf line, built around planning shots, controlling swings and finishing a round in as few strokes as possible. Choosing a club and judging wind or the shape of a green can matter as much as the swing itself.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A considered fit for golfers who enjoy shaping a shot and choosing equipment around tradeoffs.
Power control and adjustable trajectories can make each shot a problem to plan and execute. Players who enjoy looking beyond their own swing may also value the chance to build greens and fairways in the Course Designer.
Strengths
- Shot-shaping adjustments can support experimentation with how to approach a target.
- Course construction can offer a creative counterpart to playing local rounds.
Weaknesses
- Players seeking a simple ladder of universally better clubs may find the equipment tradeoffs less satisfying.
Who it is for: Players interested in deliberate shot preparation, learning golf with assistance tools, or designing course layouts.
Play notes: Current Nintendo Switch online access, connected-mode availability and course sharing remain unverified.
