About this game

Crysis 3 Remastered follows super-soldier Prophet through a New York transformed into an urban rainforest beneath a giant nanodome. This single-player campaign takes you through seven distinct districts, where you choose routes and decide how to engage enemies with the Nanosuit's technology. Stealth and brute force are both supported approaches. The Predator Bow adds electric, explosive and carbon arrows to your equipment, giving you different ammunition to bring into combat. Moving through the altered city means selecting an approach as well as a weapon: slip through using stealth or attack directly, then carry those decisions into the next district of Prophet's campaign.

A fit for shooter players who enjoy choosing how to approach a fight.

The Nanosuit's stealth and direct-assault options could make approach selection as engaging as aiming. The bow's different arrows may particularly appeal to players who like changing tools within a campaign.

Strengths

  • Alternative stealth and assault approaches offer room to express a preferred combat style.
  • Different arrow types could encourage attention to equipment choices.

Who it is for: Players interested in a single-player shooter built around adaptable combat approaches.
