Trap enemies in bubbles and burst them as Bub or Bob, clear each room and ride rising bubbles to reach higher platforms alone or with another player.

About this game
Bub and Bob use bubbles to catch enemies rather than defeat them with the first shot. Once an enemy is trapped, burst its bubble by jumping into it or charging into it. Clearing the enemies opens the way to the next level. Bubbles are also a movement tool: holding jump lets you ride rising bubbles to reach higher areas. One or two players can take part, and level passwords provide a way to resume the journey later.

Famicom / NESAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
For players who like positioning around a two-step attack.
Catching and bursting are separate actions, so the enemy’s position matters after the shot. Bubble riding makes the same object useful for movement as well.
Strengths
- Bubbles link enemy capture with reaching higher ground.
Who it is for: Players who enjoy room-based action and cooperative positioning.
