About this game

Fly around the stage and burst enemy balloons by making contact. A struck enemy descends with a parachute; hit it again to defeat it before it lands and inflates another balloon. Clearing every enemy advances the stage. Two-player play lets partners cooperate, although they can also burst each other’s balloons. Balloon Trip is a separate scrolling challenge: avoid lightning while collecting balloons, replacing enemy clearance with a test of navigation through hazards.

Aerial positioning with a clear two-step enemy challenge.

Finishing a descending enemy makes a successful hit only part of the task. Balloon Trip provides a different focus on navigation.

Strengths

  • Enemy recovery creates a reason to follow through after bursting a balloon.

Who it is for: Players who enjoy aerial positioning or shared-screen interference.
