About this game

Pilot a rotofoil across a gridded sports field to contest the ball. The screen shows both craft viewpoints. Your craft automatically turns toward the ball, and switches to facing the opposing goal after collecting it, so movement is organized around the current objective. Drive into position and shoot between the goal posts. The distance of a shot changes its value, creating a choice between moving closer and trying from farther away. Each side can be human or computer controlled, letting the same ball contest be played against either kind of opponent.

Automatic turning makes positioning more important than free steering.

Possession changes what the craft faces, while shot distance gives approach length a scoring consequence.

Strengths

  • The ball-to-goal transition turns one movement scheme into two phases.

Who it is for: Players who enjoy compact competitive sports and spatial positioning.
