About this game
Ryza's adventure connects gathering, alchemy and party combat. Different tools draw different materials from the same gathering spot, while synthesis uses connected cells to develop an item's effects and open recipe changes. In battle, action points can fund skills or raise the tactics level, and meeting an ally's Action Order produces a follow-up attack. The story follows Ryza and her friends as they discover alchemy and investigate their home island's secrets. This DX edition adds Agatha, Kilo and Romy to the playable cast, alongside a side story and an after-story. Custom Combat lets you choose opponents and adjust their levels, behavior and battle speed. Expanded basket and container capacity also changes how much material you can keep on hand.
Collected in series
Atelier is an RPG series where gathering ingredients and making useful items are central to the adventure. A better recipe can prepare you for the next outing, while friendships and each alchemist’s goals give you reasons to return to the workshop.
