About this game
Play Ezio Auditore across Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood and Revelations, following a connected journey through Renaissance Italy, Rome and Constantinople. The collection gathers their single-player campaigns and all solo DLC. In II, you fight and explore an open world; Brotherhood adds recruiting assassins from the city's inhabitants and calling them to fight or eliminate enemies. Revelations introduces a hookblade for climbing walls and travelling along ziplines, while crafted bombs offer different effects against opponents. Each campaign therefore brings its own tools and decisions to the same protagonist's journey. The Switch edition includes a touchscreen interface. Lineage and Embers are also included as short films, extending the collection's account of Ezio's life beyond its playable campaigns.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A character-focused trilogy for players who enjoy following a returning hero while learning each campaign's tools.
Recruiting allies in Brotherhood and using the hookblade and bombs in Revelations suggest changing methods around a familiar protagonist. The collection may suit you if following Ezio across several cities matters as much as experimenting with those different systems.
Strengths
- The collected campaigns and solo add-ons keep the trilogy's single-player material together for players following its story.
- Ally recruitment and new traversal tools give the later campaigns distinct decisions to explore.
Who it is for: Players interested in historical city settings, Ezio's continuing story and experimenting with ally support, traversal tools and crafted equipment.
Play notes: Leave Embers until after Revelations if you want to avoid seeing the included epilogue before finishing the preceding story.
