About this game
Eight passengers have disappeared from a train near the hot-spring town Iwayuya. Inspector Uno teams up with Yuko to investigate, using scene illustrations, messages and selected commands rather than direct combat. Approaching a person opens conversation commands, and townspeople can provide information about the case. The telescope command changes interaction to a movable pointer, letting the player choose a part of the picture to inspect.
Collected in series
The Akagawa Jirou game group brings the mystery writer's fiction into interactive stories. Reading, choosing a response and following the consequences are central pleasures, with unsettling villages, libraries and schools providing different settings for suspense.
