Overview

Bravely Default is a fantasy RPG series where choosing when to act matters as much as choosing an attack. Brave and Default let the party spend or save actions, while interchangeable jobs and abilities give crystal-seeking journeys plenty of room for experimentation. Representative games: Bravely Default: Flying Fairy (2012): Introduces the interplay of saving actions with Default and spending them through Brave within a customisable job system. Bravely Second: End Layer (2015): Rewards one-turn victories with the option to chain another battle, putting accumulated rewards at risk for a bigger return.
