Granblue Fantasy follows skyfarers among floating islands, carrying its fantasy cast into role-playing adventures and fighting games. The shared world connects very different ways to play, from planning a turn to trading blows or teaming up in real-time battles. Representative games: Granblue Fantasy (2014): Builds turn-based battles around elemental matchups and coordinated charge attacks called chain bursts. Granblue Fantasy: Versus (2020): Recasts familiar skyfarers as opponents in a fighting-game spinoff. Granblue Fantasy: Relink (2024): Takes the setting into an action RPG with online cooperation for up to four players.
