Overview

Etrian Odyssey is a dungeon RPG series where you build an adventuring party and chart unexplored labyrinths. Choosing complementary classes, drawing useful maps and deciding when to return to town turn each expedition into a small adventure of your own. Representative games: Etrian Odyssey (2007): Draw your own map while leading a custom party through the woodland labyrinth beneath Etria. Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard (2008): Choose from twelve classes and climb a towering labyrinth toward a rumored castle in the sky. Etrian Odyssey III: The Drowned City (2010): Investigate an undersea labyrinth connected to the lost history of the maritime city of Armoroad.
