About this game
Unrailed! turns railway building into a cooperative race to keep track ahead of the train. Gather resources, craft rail and lay it before the locomotive reaches the unfinished end. Each tool type has only one copy, so the team shares equipment as it works toward the next station, which completes the stage. Procedurally generated worlds change the terrain you build through. In Endless mode, upgradeable wagons let you modify the train as the journey develops. The Switch version supports local cooperation and shared Joy-Con play, with controls built around moving, carrying or placing objects, and dashing. Block-like scenery changes with weather and the day-night cycle.

Nintendo SwitchAI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
Best approached as a coordination challenge for people who enjoy urgent teamwork.
A moving train turns resource collection and track placement into competing immediate priorities. Sharing a single set of tools can make communication consequential, while generated terrain asks the team to revise its plan.
Strengths
- Limited shared tools give teammates a concrete reason to divide tasks and hand work over to one another.
Weaknesses
- The need to keep laying track can feel demanding if your group wants relaxed, independent building.
Who it is for: Groups who enjoy allocating jobs, calling out changing needs and recovering together when a plan needs revision.
Play notes: Online play requires internet access and paid Nintendo Switch Online membership.
