About this game
Axiom Verge 2 is a side-scrolling adventure centred on exploration and acquiring abilities. After travelling to Antarctica, Indra enters a strange reality of mountains, lakes, deserts and ruins. It shares a narrative background with the original but introduces a new character, world and powers, allowing either game to be approached first. Mechanical enemies can be fought or hacked to alter their behaviour. A remote drone also enters the Breach, a parallel but connected space. New abilities can change how familiar locations are crossed. Reading relationships between environments and reconsidering earlier obstacles provide routes towards the mystery behind the world.
