Overview

Elminage is a dungeon-RPG series in which the adventuring party is yours to create. Choosing races and professions, developing abilities and preparing equipment are part of the journey into its monster-filled labyrinths, giving your own band of explorers the central role. Representative games: Elminage: Priestess of Darkness and the Ring of the Gods (2008): Establishes the series’ party-building dungeon exploration with adventurers you create yourself. Elminage II (2009): Its Face Load feature lets you import character portraits to make the party feel more personal. Elminage Gothic (2012): Takes the familiar dungeon exploration into a darker fantasy setting shaped by ancient gods and underground threats. Suitable for: Best approached with an interest in designing a party and learning how its members work together. Expect character preparation and repeated expeditions to matter as much as the next discovery in the labyrinth.
