Overview

Custom Robo combines collecting robot parts with fast arena battles. You build a small fighting machine, then discover how its weapons and movement work together against rivals, with adventures outside the arena giving each new match a place in the story. Representative games: Custom Robo (1999): The Nintendo 64 original pairs a young commander's adventure with collecting parts and customizing a battle robot. Custom Robo V2 (2000): Adds two-on-two battles in which four customized robots can compete in teams. Custom Robo Arena (2006): Combines robot duels with exploring a futuristic city on the way to its championship.
