About this game
Mio and Zoe enter a machine designed to steal their ideas and become trapped inside their own stories. Each player controls one writer in a split-screen adventure built around working together. Progress means coordinating movements and timing through platforming, stealth and puzzles as the setting shifts between science fiction and fantasy. New levels introduce different abilities and mechanics, changing what the pair must do to overcome the next obstacle. The Nintendo Switch 2 version also supports local wireless GameShare: one owner can host a partner on another Switch 2 or an original Switch using the same copy of the game.

Nintendo Switch 2AI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
A promising fit for partners who enjoy learning new rules together.
Changing abilities should give cooperative pairs fresh problems to discuss instead of relying on one familiar routine. Its required coordination also makes a shared willingness to adapt more important than simply enjoying the same story.
Strengths
- New mechanics across levels could sustain a sense of joint discovery.
- The two writers' contrasting genres give the changing activities a coherent story premise.
Weaknesses
- Required two-player coordination limits the freedom to proceed entirely at your own pace.
Who it is for: Partners who enjoy solving puzzles and timing actions together, with an appetite for changing mechanics.
Play notes: For couch co-op, each player needs a pair of Joy-Con or a compatible full controller.
