About this game
Five cars compete across the NES game’s nine tracks. The player steers, accelerates and uses available turbo boosts to improve position, while damage and fuel make pit visits part of the race. The crew repairs, refuels and replenishes turbo. Prize money can improve the tires, engine, fuel economy or crew, so race results feed into choices about how the car will handle the next circuit.
