Overview

Mount & Blade lets you make a living, gather followers and pursue power in a medieval sandbox. Travel and army management lead directly into battles where you issue orders and fight among your soldiers, connecting personal combat with the fate of your warband. Representative games: Mount & Blade (2008): Build a company of followers while roaming freely and fighting on horseback or on foot. Mount & Blade: Warband (2010): Expand your ambitions from leading troops to establishing your own faction and ruling territory. Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord (2022): Lead assaults and defenses in sieges shaped by fortifications, siege engines and the troops you command.
