Overview

Adiboo is a children's educational and adventure series starring a little alien and his friends. Its learning games mix letters and numbers with gardening, baking and playful experiments, while adventure entries send the familiar cast out to solve problems together. Representative games: Adibou 2 (1996): Makes the house and garden a playground for growing plants and trying creative activities. Adibou et l'ombre verte (2001): Takes a story-led adventure approach as Adibou searches for his missing robot cook, Kicook. Adibou by Wiloki (2022): Revives the learning world with activities that adapt to a child's pace. Suitable for: For young children who enjoy exploring, making things and returning to familiar characters, with an adult helping choose an appropriate edition. Language matters here: reading activities and spoken guidance should match what the child understands.
