About this game
SAXON sends a crew of discarded robots to investigate a planet-wide fungal disaster. Missions put futuristic firearms and improvised tools against organisms that can turn the planet’s technology into weapons. Dismembered enemies leave pieces that other creatures can reclaim, making the aftermath of an attack part of the next threat. Recovered modifications fit into upgrade grids. Arranging them changes a robot’s equipment and role, so preparing a loadout is part of solving a mission. An orbital dropship provides a place to regroup, experiment with equipment and spend time between assignments.
