About this game

Crisis Force gives the ship three forms that can be changed during play. One concentrates fire ahead, another covers both front and rear, and the third adds fire to the sides. Changing shape retains the current power level. Your recurring choice is how to cover the space around the ship while moving and shooting. A form useful against an enemy ahead may not cover a threat behind you. Shot, bomb and transformation actions are documented separately, with an option to exchange the two main button functions.

9.1 / 10Famicom / NES

For players who enjoy adapting firing coverage to enemy positions.

The forms change which directions receive fire without resetting power. This encourages responding to where threats appear rather than treating transformation as a permanent upgrade.

Strengths

  • Transformation changes attack direction while preserving power development.

Who it is for: Players interested in shooting action with active form selection.
