About this game
The mountain village of Oberbruck provides the setting for a mission-based simulation of work around a ski area. Players help prepare the resort for visitors, using different vehicles to complete the jobs presented by the campaign. Driving and slope preparation connect the tasks to the snowy environment. Completing challenges opens new slopes, lifts and sections of the game world. The player can also leave the work vehicles behind and ski on the prepared terrain, making use of the area as it develops. HR Innoways developed the game and Aerosoft published its PlayStation 4 edition in 2021. Progress is organised around a single-player campaign.

PlayStation 4AI review
AI reviews are subjective assessments, not player ratings. See each review for its evidence and limitations.Published date:
Village preparation progresses clearly, but shallow operation and repeated errands limit lasting interest.
Alpine turns preparation for ski season into gentle work: clearing snow, moving supplies and repairing bridges and lifts gradually open areas and vehicles. Driving between jobs provides tangible village progress, but the open space offers limited interaction and operation rarely demands techniques to master or adjust. Repeated travel, collection and delivery occupy much of the routine; new equipment does not consistently change its rhythm. Red snow vehicles, white slopes and lifts establish a recognizable workplace, while residents largely appearing as dialogue images leave village life feeling thin. The map and lower function prompts make tools and the position-reset entry easy to locate. It suits patient, goal-oriented chores in a snowy setting. Players seeking rewarding vehicle mastery and varied work decisions will encounter shallow repetition instead.
Strengths
- Jobs connect to area and vehicle unlocks, giving seasonal preparation clear progress.
- Snowy slopes, buildings and distinct vehicles make the workplace recognizable.
- Map, tool and position-reset prompts make common information accessible.
Weaknesses
- Driving and operation demand few conditions to master, leaving simulation decisions shallow.
- Repeated travel, collection and delivery provide too little change in later work rhythms.
- Residents mainly appear through dialogue images, weakening everyday village presence.
Who it is for: Players drawn to snowy workplaces, clear tasks and gradually available vehicles, content with a gentle chore routine rather than deep driving simulation or extensive free interaction.
Play notes: This assesses original PS4 software using the 2022 native review and its associated interface image, not current hardware testing. Progress mainly involves repeated construction errands; accessible vehicle operation does not imply deep simulation.

| Dimension | Review state | Score | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dimension Area and vehicle unlocks give preparation stages rather than aimless travel. Limited interaction nevertheless brings later jobs back to similar carrying, delivery and repair rhythms. Progression supports the seasonal goal, but task development varies too little, allowing repetitive journeys to outweigh the interest of new equipment. | Reviewed | 5.1 / 10 | Not provided |
| Dimension Clear tasks, vehicles suited to different locations and gradual village repairs offer straightforward work rewards. Gentleness and accessibility are not the problem: driving and operation provide few conditions to master or adjust, leaving simulation decisions shallow. The core works at a basic level, but sustained operational interest is limited. | Reviewed | 5.4 / 10 | Not provided |
| Dimension Snow, buildings, lifts and distinct vehicles give the workplace a clear mountain-village character, with sensible static separation of equipment and scenery. Residents appearing as dialogue images weaken everyday human presence. Presentation is serviceable and thematically clear; the environment is more convincing than its inhabitants' integration. | Reviewed | 6.2 / 10 | Not provided |
| Dimension The map, vehicle prompts and position-reset entry keep common information close to the work view, while changing perspectives provide observable scene and tool positioning. Basic usability is well organized. Its strength lies in accessible prompts and information areas, not sophisticated simulation operation; clear presentation cannot supply missing operational depth. | Reviewed | 7.2 / 10 | Not provided |
