Iron Gate AB

Valheim's official press material credits Iron Gate, based in Skövde, Sweden, with developing the game. Its FAQ separately records a publishing agreement with Coffee Stain Publishing. Players explore a generated world, gather resources, build settlements, sail and face major enemies in a setting inspired by Norse mythology. This catalogue currently links one canonical game to Iron Gate AB in a development role; the commercial AB name is also used on the game's storefront. A publishing agreement or ownership interest does not make Coffee Stain the same company or automatically transfer Iron Gate's production credit, and one catalogue entry is not a statement about all of the team's work.
